There are some kinks, but I've played about 10 hours now and I am thoroughly enjoying the game. The crafting system is sweet and allows you to feel a kind of progression. The game is very large scale so far and has a ton of room to grow. Using weapons is pretty smooth.

For every screaming p2w, there is no way I can just buy a gun and have it go straight into my inventory, I have used 1 of my three air drops so far and after me and 2 of my buddies battled 4 other people to maintain control over it, I looted 10 bags of fertilizer and some corn seeds. Luckily I was able to win the fight on that one even though the reward was somewhat lackluster, but I have fought over quite a few air drops, so for those of you thinking you can just drop a few dollars and have a leg up, think again, people in this game can be quite vicious.

Also, makeshift bows need a nerf!
