A decent farming sim with wuxia elements. A good way to spend time when you just wanna relax.

Personal gripe: Recent patches to force full-team groups or get over-swarmed on any difficulty above easy, which makes playing with just friends a pain. I could live with this, but since I'm posting this, I'll drop it here anyway.

The Major Issue: The drama with the PSN requirement suddenly making it so people literally can't play the game if they live in certain places, and the Community Managers brushing that off as "people just being too lazy to make an account" (Remember, they *can't* in the country they live in!), I really have to say to avoid this trash fire until they fix it, or implode.

(Update): Sony walked back, so I'm changing this to positive, because the game is good and fun still, despite my own gripes. See you on the front.

(Update to the Update): Sony proceeded to ban more countries and the restrictions are still in place, despite saying no PSN requirement.
Switched back to negative until all countries are allowed.

While the gameplay is a little repetitive, it's still fun and engaging to watch the nuggets run around and beat the hell out of each other. The story plots are interesting, wildly shifting between humor and serious. (Alternate Title for Chapter 2: And Thus, It Was Don Quixote's Fault)

It's one of the most fair gatcha-type games I've ever played. Almost all my friends who play managed to get every drop possible, with minimal purchases, if any, maybe missing one thing from the first season, like I did. (RIP Outis' EGO.) I've never felt I *had* to make a purchase for anything, aside of things I wanted to buy. (Season pass, the thread pack once.)

When things go wrong, from major bugs to minor typos, they're *quick* to hand out some from of apology credit, to the point that it's almost a joke.

I'm also a massive PM fan, so of course I'm gushing like a nerd.

Edit: INJECT THAT LORE INTO MY VEINS, I NEED IT

To me, comparing this to Phasmophobia is like comparing GTA and Saint's Row.

The core concept is the same, but the play styles are different.

Both are fun in their different ways, for different reasons.

A fun game to play with friends, though it can get repetitive quick.

Still a very good time, if you can handle spooky.

A very strange but interesting puzzle game with weird mechanics.

A lot to do, some neat mechanics, a lot of frustration, and plenty of bugs.

Still, despite last two, it's a solid and fun game.

Ran Yakumo 狐: The game is good

10/10 character
10/10 TROLLING THE HELL OUT OF "YOU" DIRECTLY

No, seriously though. A rare gem. I found every main character slightly endearing, even if a few were annoying at first. The plot is deep enough that one playthrough in one method won't spill everything exactly, but at the same time, the game recalls the things you did the last time.

It's not a bad game.

Not a great game, but not a bad game. I do recommend it, but wait for a sale.

It's basically something of a cross between Slender page collection, and Outlasts exploration.

You wander hallways and tunnels that are randomly generated each time, looking for remnants of the past of the area you're in, to find a key to open a door to the next area, repeat a few times until the end.

There's the odd simple puzzle, but the 'meat' of the gameplay is along the scavenging.

I did enjoy the game, but I feel it's not worth 15 bucks USD. Wait for at least 5 dollar markdown.
