Really surprising JRPG that crept under my radar late last year, but I loved it so much I beat it in two really long sittings. The characters are adorable, the plot is cute, and the game encourages you to get overpowered to your heart’s content even early game if you want. It’s a little short for a typical JRPG, but the price is proportionately lower as well.

I'm openly weeping at 3AM on Christmas day. Not just choking up. I'm talking bawling like my parents died. Kan Gao is two for two in making me feel feels I didn't know I could feel.

I went into this game with all of my friends telling me to play it with as little information as I can. After finishing it in one sitting I can see why they said that. There's no way to explain Undertale without spoiling what makes it as good of a game as it is. AAA games can't match the amount of thought and love that went into Undertale.

It's ten bucks and six hours long. You spend that much money on lunch at Panera Bread, and Panera doesn't have nearly as many dank memes.
