Сюжет Call of Duty:Advanced Warfare происходит в будущем.Нашего главного героя зовут Мтчел.Эго с самым лучшим другом отправили на задание после которого Митчел лишается левой руки по локоть,а его друг взорвал себя в месте с вражеским короблём.
После всего случившегося он переходит служить в спец.подраздиление "Атлас". После чего эго обманули и он начал спасать не только себя от болезни "Мантикора" но и весь мир.
