Not for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. fans in the sense a lot of people might think. Basically a minecraft port of S-Zone, very similar to Stay Out/Stalker Online and other similar games/gamemodes/custom maps. Great story, great feel, good fun.

Think Minecraft-Meets-StalkerZ type beat. Works really well due to the optimization of block graphics: less fine detail means overall less poly count obviously. SURPRISINGLY, this is counteracted by amazing textures, wonderful model detail, and a list of other strange graphic overhauls that indeed make it stand out from not only other Steam catalogue games but both original games this is based off of.

Being an old Minecraft modded server, it has a lot of really weird quirks. Stand out translation and great cinematics to boot, but AWFUL default keybinds reminiscent of actual Minecraft, some animations are tied to being Steve and having no knees, but every mutant has awesome custom models and animations???? Oh, and every gun has inspect anims, and reloads dependent on mag type/count at the time of reload. It is indeed from minecraft but has come so much farther.

A pearl. A gem. Content inbound, deserves your patience when you hit a wall the game intends you to suffer through, and unironically the most fun I've had in years. I have a list of random friends that rivals my old XBox Live and it's only been a week by now.

Fabulous game, really different from most of the negative reviews. No crashes, no bugs, no issues with graphics (all PC related things IMO, and mine's decent so). Lore is actually good, despite being light and somewhat tongue-in-cheek. Overall style is an 8/10, graphics and visuals are an 8/10 without added Expert Graphics. Gameplay is a solid 7/10, some points off for lacking tutorial (Hardcore Start was somehow more intuitive) and some frankly janky camera controls. Normally the jank is endearing after all this recent crap we've played, but it borders unuseable at certain angles and such.

Expert Graphics are what most people are complaining about, and I personally find most of them enriching as far as experience goes. Some work could be done to make them more friendly to the eye, but they're entirely optional. Don't let them fool you into thinking you can't see ♥♥♥♥ in the other reviews. It's not the case. And to restate, perfect graphics and usability. Alt tab works great, truly small despite the content thus no overheat or ram issues.

Easily top game of 2022 so far for me. If you like Kenshi, Rimworld, Amazing Cultivation Simulator, Dwarf Fortress; this is that but a different one.. Wicked cool.

One of the best tactician's chair gameplay strategy games i've ever played. mixed with the overarching 4x style for the overworld decision making and map governance, it feels like the brainchild of the biggest RTS fans ever. add to that the (likely) best outlet for Warhammer visuals and mash-em-ups, it's almost the perfect rts.

Unfortunately it costs a lot of money to get everything. Need the first game to really make it worthwhile. and they made extra gore a paid dlc... Kinda screwed the MTX pooch on this one but shrug.

Not bad, but not GOTY 10/10 killed-my-favorite-game type stuff. Awesome to play with friends, and really pretty to look at. Wish there was some more engaging content later on but its not garbage. Haven't played Iceborne, will update on what that does for the content drought(ish) in the later game.

Timeless classic, too hard for its own good and the best ending to a story since The Iron Giant. ♥♥♥♥ you, Estoc.
