trying to get this game to run properly has caused me nothing but grief

If you want a picture of the future, just imagine a boot stamping on a human face — forever. And if you'd like to know what it feels like to be the boot rather than the face then Ready Or Not is the game for you.

I gifted a friend of mine a copy of this game so that we could play against each other in multiplayer but after one battle he's concluded that this is a mobile game ported to PC and thus not a good game. I, however, insist that my friend is an idiot therefore his opinion should be thrown in the trash. Also, I kicked his ass badly within 10 turns. So make of that what you will.

My only gripe with this game is that for some reason the devs didn't think to program in a function to let you know if you're moving within attack range of an enemy before you move.

Other than that, this is a remarkably faithful recreation of the beloved table top game. And, for most, the only way to enjoy the hobby without ditching the wife 'n' kids, taking out a new mortgage on the house and then spending an ungodly amount of time in the types of places you'd expect to see Chris-Chan.

Before the world had Fallout we had 1988’s Wasteland, the masterpiece that inspired the creation of it’s spiritual successor, Fallout. Then, 26 years later, the world was once again blessed with a sequel that is truly worthy of calling itself a Wasteland game. A game which, ironically enough, can call itself the spiritual successor to Fallout. Because Wasteland 2 is what Fallout 3 would have been had it been a Fallout game rather than a Bethesda game.

I was searching around the internet... no, I wa- I was searching around the-- mom, mom, i was searching around the internet and all of a sudden i was downloading this thing and i got a computer virus. I- I randomly del- I already- I DELETED THE VIRUS! Oh my god mom! I had a computer virus and i got scared that I had the virus ... and when i was getting out of my chair my pants were slipping and i was pulling them up and getting back on the chair! I got scared and- and my pants slipped down a little and i was pulling them up! ... MOM! I'm telling the truth! I AM SERIOUS! I'M SERIOUS! I HAD A VIRUS!

This game reminds me of the kinds of flash games I used to play on sites like Newgrounds back in the 2000s lol. It’s a delightfully stupid romp through a world of debauchery. The gameplay is actually quite fun and engaging, a sort of point and click shooter/side-scroller. The whole premise of this game is absolutely absurd but the dialog is actually pretty clever at times. I found it genuinely amusing in a self-aware, but not too try-hard sort of way.

As for the lewd content: it ranges from just slightly bemusing to just grotesque. And it’s all censored by default, so if you go out of your way to be subjected to actual cartoon pornography then you have nothing to blame but your own depraved mind lol.

But I had fun enjoying 4 hours worth of nonsense for only $1, so I have no complaints.

This is essentially just a walking simulator made by porn addicted horror fans for porn addicted horror fans. But hey, at least this sort of degeneracy doesn’t involve the exploitation, objectification, and trafficking of actual women. So it’s got that going for it lol. And it somehow manages to blend erotic imagery with grotesqueness in a strangely tantalizing way. Some seriously kinky, weird sh*t going on - plus a couple cheap jump scares, spooky chase scenes, and a boss battle of sorts. It’s not at all challenging, and you can easily beat it within 2 hours. The plot is just meh. This “game” is basically just a boring, low-budget, soft-core, made-for-late-night-TV erotic horror film that doesn’t even make you horny.

Very chill, relaxing maze game with a rad Retrowave aesthetic & soundtrack. Extremely pleasant vibes.

My only gripe would be that it's rather short and not particularly challenging as I was able to blast through it within 20 minutes. On the flip side, you can unlock 232 achievements and 100% a game that quickly if you're into that kinda thing. Oh, and some of the achievements are delightful pop-culture references to some of my fav things such Breaking Bad, Fight Club, Scarface, Army of Darkness & Pulp Fiction. Gives you some nice options when it comes to personalising your Steam profile.
