I cannot put into words how bad the game is. Trying to play online with your friends is probably the most frustrating thing I've ever experienced playing videogames.

Matchmaking is ♥♥♥♥, full of bugs and taking you out of the match after waiting for FU. CKING 10 MINUTES. I just want to play basketball in a videogame man and the fact that this is the only game out there is annoying as f*ck

It is everything I, as a Harry Potter fan since I was a kid, could've ever hoped for.

The amount of details, the love they have given to this game, full of life and wonderful, it's just incredible. If you're not a Harry Potter fan you can enjoy this game, if you've watched the movies, you'll find many familiar details and you'll enjoy it even more, and if you've actually read the books, you'll find 100x more details.

And if you've done all of that dozens of times, as I have, it'll take you two hours to go from one room to another because you'll be looking for the smallest of details that you may miss.

I'm just thankful to be able to explore this game. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do ❤️

*UPDATE*

After almost 100 hours of playtime, with my Ravenclaw run at 100% completion, and another 50 hours or so of watching Hogwarts Legacy content, I can safely recommend this game for all the Wizarding World fans out there. If you're not a fan and you want to know how good is Hogwarts Legacy as a videogame, there are a bunch of things you might want to be aware of before buying:

- It's not a game made for tryhard gamers. The game, even at Hard difficulty, is not challenging at all. They didn't want it to be and that's fine, it's a game that you can enjoy, gameplay and combat are satisfying, but again, not challenging. This is not Elden Ring.

- The main story is not the best. It's probably not the story's fault, it could actually be great, if it weren't for the NPCs. This gotta be something they work on because NPCs look dead, they only have two different expressions, it's like they can't show emotions at all. It's crazy to think that the different beasts that they've added have more life that NPCs.
Besides the NPCs problem, I don't think they've given the real feeling of being a Hogwarts student. I've felt more like a Hogwarts tourist, because most of the time you'll be outside of school grounds. More classes could have helped, a points system for the house tournament (this should be mandatory for the love of god), and definitely more missions inside the castle.

- Open world is absolutely stunning, everything about the design, environment and music is superb, award worthy for sure. But it's repetitive with the puzzles like Merlin Trials or Ancient Magic Hotspots. It's just doing the same thing over and over only to give you more hours to play. Some of them like the balloons or astronomy tables are the perfect amount, but I don't know what were they thinking with Merlin Trials.

- Performance: I don't think there's much to say about this, I don't understand how it runs better on a ps5 than on some elite pcs with a 3080 and all that. In my case, with a 3060TI, i5-12400 and 16GB RAM, it's been difficult to play in ultra. Dropping from 60 fps to 20 or worse, the stuttering is constant... Once I completed my first run (I wanted to enjoy the game first) I went from ultra to low and installed a mod to boost performance. This last step made a huge difference and now I barely get fps drops, but they should fix it, not force most people to end up using mods. Remove Denuvo now that it doesn't serve any purpose. And this game has to run on the Nintendo Switch, I can't wait to see the Hogwars Legacy 2D version!

The game is broken as hell. If you want to play single-player, fine, go for it. But the amount of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ problems when you try to play with friends... Lobbies not loading, game crashing, errors when saving the results of a session (Yeah, you can race for an hour and then be forced to do it all over again because the game decided to not save that result :D)... At this point you should just wait for F12022. Will they fix all the ♥♥♥♥ in the game? No, it'll probably be even worse but hey! NeW caR dESiGnsS

Just as everybody says, it's a good option for newcomers, but even if you've just played for 2 weeks it's not worth to lose all that progress just to play on steam.
The pc client works perfectly fine if you really want to play on pc. Mouse support is non-existent for combat controls but I've been playing with keyboard only and it's comfortable imo. Apparently if you play with controller is way better so feel free to try that out if you have one, and if you don't, just be sure to map your keybindings to whatever feels right for you.
In my case I mapped all the attack buttons to the numpad so I can spam them (because you'll be spamming them a lot) with my right hand while easily moving with wasd.

Honestly just disappointed because there's no option to log in with our Mihoyo account but let's hope they eventually add it. After all this is just a test for the release of Honkai Starrail.

Fatalmente optimizado, menú para encontrar servidores pésimo y dando mil problemas, en los servidores oficiales tardas 20 años en hacer un suelo de madera y los no oficiales dan problemas con los mods y dan lagazos.


Pero hay dinosaurios.

Va en serio. No puedo compararlo con Skate 3 porque no he jugado nunca, pero madre mía va a ser mil veces mejor que Session, la jugabilidad es como mucho más limpia, incluso diría que un pelín más sencilla. Y si se acaban controlando realmente los controles madre mía el estilo que puedes tener haciendo los trucos es impresionante.
Bien es cierto que no tiene ni tan siquiera un menú, lo cuál considero que deberían implementar lo más pronto posible, más que nada para poder ajustar volúmen, cambiar gráficos/resolución desde dentro del juego (se puede hacer al iniciarlo) y también configurar un poco los controles, pero eso no impide que puedas jugarlo perfectamente.
El mapa, por mucho que diga la gente, es más que suficiente por el momento, porque a pesar de que no es muy grande, tiene de todo, excepto half-pipes (que sinceramente a mi me la sudan bastante) y escaleras altas para marcarte trucazos sueltos. Y en cuanto a la customización del personaje, es cierto que no hay nada implementado dentro del juego, peeeeero recordemos que es un juego de ordenador, acceder a los archivos es muy sencillo, y si buscáis en google "Skater XL modding discord" creo que vais a entender a qué me refiero. Por tanto, en lo que se deben centrar los desarrolladores primero, es en la jugabilidad, que aunque no da prácticamente fallos, algún que otro bug si que te encuentras, o a lo mejor también las físicas, ya que cuando se cae el personaje es un poco cringe la cara que tiene con los ojos de par en par o que el brazo le atraviese la cabeza hahaha
Pero lo dicho, un juego que promete mucho y que merece la pena comprarlo ahora mismo porque seguramente suba el precio según vayan metiendo updates.
PD: Otro punto a favor es que está en steam, por lo que seguramente veamos en algún momento una workshop con mapas que haga la peña y os aseguro que vamos a flipar bastante cuando veamos lo que es capaz de hacer la gente.

Me parece un juegazo al menos la idea, es decir, es un shooter bastante realista en el que 1 o 2 tiros y ya matas. Puede haber gente a la que le guste y gente a la que no.
Pero a parte de eso le he encontrado unos cuantos contras:
Los servers son un poco mierder
Las partidas duran muchisimo, se hacen un poco aburridas teniendo en cuenta que es un juego en el que si mueres, tardas un montonazo en reaparecer(30 segundos aprox) o directamente ni reapareces, y por este mismo motivo la peña campea mucho, va con mucho cuidado... no sé, molaría un rollito más dinámico
Hay veces que te matan y no sabes ni de donde, molaría tener camara de muerte
Algunos servidores no te muestran quienes son tus compañeros y quienes tus enemigos, y el fuego amigo siempre está activado...
En definitiva, para mi gusto no lo recomiendo, pero puede haber gente a la que le guste, asi que, si te llama la atención, pues oye, que menos que probarlo

Tenemos nuestras peleas, pero en el fondo le quiero.

Psyonix & EPIC pls fix

Es un juegazo, y punto, efectivamente es clavado al overwatch, pero gratuito y sin necesitar un buen ordenador.
No creo que hubiesen podido montarselo mejor, eso si, es una beta y le hace falta ir añadiendo nuevos mapas, algún personaje mas, mas skins(y alguna mas bonita, porque pagar por cambiar de color el arma como que no motiva mucho)y otras típicas cosas de un juego no terminado, pero en definitiva, hi-rez se ha sacado el rabo y lo ha puesto encima de la mesa diciendo "aquí manda mi po**a"
VIVA WIGETTAAAAA!!!
