Atlas Fallen has been a huge surprise to me. Going into it I expected a janky diamond in the rough and while that was pretty much the case, Atlas Fallen has been so much more than that. Seriously give this game a try if you enjoy free-form exploration, smooth movement and well-flowing combat and compact but jampacked experiences. Like I said, there is some jank to it but if you know this going in you're gonna have a blast!

This game is absolutely fire. It rises above being just another soulslike game and becomes something unique.

It was a bit buggier than the main game but story- and lorewise it was a lote better than the main game. The bosses were difficult but fun and while the environment gets a bit samey overall I'd recommend this DLC.

What an absolutely fantastic game. At first it may seem like a regular retro-style platformer with some action elements but the longer you play the more you will notice that this game is truly something special. I obviously can not talk about the story too much without spoiling anything but the writing is so damn good, the characters are all unique and lovable and I really had to do my best not to cry multiple times throughout the game.

The gameplay is very addicting with its well-designed combat puzzles and platform challenges. Heck even the collectathon part of the game is incredibly fun and I usually don't like collectathons. Exploring is often rewarded well and the game even encourages you to explore out of bounds, which I think was a great thing to bring over from the first game.

The music is both alien and inviting, the sound design is solid through and through, the art design of the game is beautiful and nostalgic and those things contribute to a unique atmosphere you can't really find anywhere else.

Seriously if you haven't played this game yet and like indie titles, retro games and well-written, genre-bending stories with plot-twists around every corner, then this is the game for you. Give it some love!

Very fun first person shooter roguelite with great movement and exploration, a fantastic and action-packed soundtrack, beautiful artstyle and fun enemy and boss varieties.

Adventure of Rikka The Cursed Kingdom is a fun little adventure game in the style of oldschool 2D Zelda games that offers almost everything you'd want out of a game like this. The puzzles are tough but fair, the fighting system - albeit a tiny bit clunky - is exciting and surprisingly vast, incorporating many different items into its battles. The exploration is very rewarding and there's a plethora of optional content in the game, including a fishing minigame. The overall atmosphere is a bit more modern than what you'd be used to in a Zelda game but everything fits the game well. My only two critique points lie with the sound design and the overall polish at the current state of the game. But those two things are only minor gripes and the developer is eager to fix bugs and is open to suggestions on their discord.

All in all I have to recommend this game as it's a really fun experience!

It's a great remake that doesn't take away from the original. Both are imho great games that can coexist. This version is less campy but more atmospheric. This version has more thrilling gameplay but has cut some content of the original. I fully recommend playing both.

Honestly the game is not as bad as everyone says it is, at least not compared to other Saints Row games. Saints Row has always been dumb and this game doesn't do much different. All the gameplay of the other games is still here, it has a great soundtrack, it's janky and slightly unpolished and just like the other games the story isn't much to talk about. It's a bit more serious but still silly, I think most people hate it because they either misremember the old Saints Row games or they can't stand that the humour has become more Gen Z and they're simply growing old. This game is definitely not worth it full price, but it's far from offensive. Get it on sale and have a fine time.

This game is a fantastic little gem that combines open-world gameplay with an 18th century horror setting and pulls it off extremely well.

While the graphics may be a bit off-putting I must honestly say that everything looks coherent and atmospheric and it hasn't once hindered my enjoyment of the game. The maps are put together well and exploration is incredibly rewarding and can give you the edge you need to survive this game. The sound effects and spatial audio make this a paranoia-ridden experience. And while some of the sounds differ in quality by a lot most of it suffices and supports the scary atmosphere. The gameplay by itself is extremely fun as well and has you manage your mana, health, bullets and lock picks trying to survive the woods and hunt down the creatures that haunt the small village of Bellville. Since you only have a single-shot rifle and a flintlock pistol (and a sabre) these encounters can be incredibly tense and you will regret every shot you've missed. You can also learn skills (that you may buy from the merchant or find in the wild) that might make things a bit easier. Your character goes down rather easily though so despite being able to defend yourself you will never truly feel "safe". The game does have a story and while I wouldn't say that it's bad, it really isn't the focus of it and because of that may be lacking for some. But personally I thought that it was a great support beam for the atmospheric goodness that is its gameplay.

All in all I have to recommend this game. It is incredibly well put together. The gameplay never feels unfair and despite having a rather high difficulty it rewards a cautious player. If you're looking for a spooky afternoon this game might be for you!
