Early Access Review
I like a lot the concept of this game and I hope this will be a great game after a year of early access, but there are some things that lacks as a roguelite game:

-The sense of progression: of course it's an early access, but the game itself does not give a sense of progression with the unlock of the powerups. I feel it lacks something substantial that made me want to explore the world and find things. Yes, there are weapons, but, for now, other than fighting bosses, there are very few reason for the game to have a open world map. I hope they will work on character and map progression with monthly updates in the future.

-The world is colorful and visually incredible but it's "barren". There are enemies, outposts to unlock with keys, bosses and chests to unlock with resources, but other than that, it feels like there is not too much to do or to unlock as a roguelite for now.

-Like many others reviewers said, the time between two runs is too long and, since game like these have that distinct way of making the end of a run as short as possible to allow faster replayability, I hope this will be the case for this game too in the future. I think players need to have a choice between stopping in a hub to repair and buy weapons and go ahead without doing anything just because you have a good build already.

-Few problems with the lock-in system and jump attacks vs airborne enemies. The fighting style is fun, maybe few changes with the stiffness of animations of jump attacks.

-The beginning is confusing and the main concepts of parrying and dodging with dashes are not explained well and it's a problem, since there are the only things that can save you from certain death.

-Highlights on the minimap: there's no reason to use hightlights on the map if you can't see them on the minimap. I highlighted chests on the map but then I had to open the map again to find it. The game needs a bit of clarity in these little details that can make the game better.

-Those floaty enemies with the laser have a weird and irregular laser pattern that can hit you from far away and it's so difficult to counter. It's worse if there are many of them together when you are fighting other enemies. With limited ammo per gun and weird jump attack animations, it's very difficult to defeat them too if there are too many.
It's almost the same with mines from gunners that explode almost instantly doing a lot of damage if they throw them at you up close. Sometimes it does not feel like you have any way to avoid those, and taking damage here is losing almost 1/3 HP bar per shot.

-Game stutters when a lot of enemies are on screen and it tanks a bit. I don't have a max spec pc, but I think 4070super + Ryzen 7 7800X3D is good enough to play games like these.

In general the game has strong ideas and can do a lot and become a huge game, but it needs some work. It's not completed, of course, but I feel the passion in this game, so I wanted to give my opinion to help as much as I can with the development of this game. I hope this helps!

It's a 50-50 review, so it does not matter if I suggest it or not. If you don't like early access games, it's not for you, but for the rest, you can try it after it will have some big updates later on.
