I've never thrown up my hands in sheer confusion in any other game more than this one.

It's literally a ripoff of a superior phone game

There is no indication of how you are supposed to solve puzzles, and the solutions seem more like exploits than what the game would expect of you. It is completely impossible to win this game without a tutorial because the solutions are so unexpected and outlandish. For example, you need to thaw out a frozen item, but there are not clues as to how to do it. The solution is to pick up a tea kettle and fill it with water, then heat it up on a stove, and finally shoot the hot water from the tea kettle to the block of ice. The issue is that the way you fill the water is simply by looking at a water source, and this is an issue because there was no indication this was possible, and nobody would discover such a thing by stumbling through the game. This would only be a minor inconvenience if this was the only instance of such a solution, but the game is filled with unorthodox solutions to puzzles.
