Current balance has nerfed stagger thp into the ground, making it kinda pointless, the minimum stagger thp you can get is 0.25, and maximum is 2, unless you are spamming shield bash over and over and have them tightly packed the thp return is quite bad, so for now I'm changing my review until this is remedied, minimum 1, maximum 2 per enemy, that would be much more reasonable
