I will not be complicit in the illicit use of ill gotten booty.

Sane consumer protection law imposes a requirement that the consumer finds out if the vendor's claims about the item match the consumer's requirements. If the vendor presents a hammer and claims that it is a hammer, the consumer has no basis for claiming that he bought the hammer to use it as a screwdriver and was unable to use it as a screwdriver.

Very, very much recommended. Some tears may have been shed.

The story is extremely well written, and really draws you in. Interactions between characters seem genuine, and emotions are expressed in a realistic manner (mostly, a few odd ones, but it's a game! A bit of using your imagination to fill it in never hurts.).
Multiple quest lines connect together really well, since they are context aware of other quest lines (have they been started at all, how far along you are in them, what choices you made in them, etc).

A quick detour into performance, since that's a big topic!
The game had a slightly rocky start on the performance side.
But, after some updates, the game now plays well and stable at 60FPS when playing at 1440p on med-high (DLSS Quality, no sharpening) on an RTX2060 (which is by todays standards, a low end card).

The world is full of things to collect, puzzles to solve, and enemies to dispatch.
Collectibles aren't just "collectibles", They give you either cosmetics, or increase some gameplay related stats/perks/similar. Some expand your inventory, others are tied into quests, and others improve your combat experience.
As of writing this, I've done about... A third, maybe? Of what's available in the world, aside from main/side/relationship quests. I do plan on doing it all, since I want all the achievements, and some of them are quite fun.

The world also feels alive, and NPCs mention things you have done as part of quests, or otherwise. Though sometimes it can feel like too much when the barkeep keeps going on about something you did before, every single time you visit them. Every. Single. Time.
But, once you've done enough hero work, the dialogue of random NPCs walking past will get a bit more variety in it.

Illegible rambling review over, go play the game!
