Although a strategic game, it's very suited for casual play. It doesn't matter whether you play 5 minutes or an hour, it still entertains just as good.

Even if you're not intending to make an island for the game or even play the game at all, this is fun to play around - even if only for a while.

Bloody, gruesome and lives up to the original BOI. This is the perfect shooter in casual play. Simple, but takes lot of skill.

This game is pure awesome. I don't care about how ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the devs are. It doesn't make the game any less fun when I play it.

As a person who was unfamiliar with the RTS genre, this was a perfect game to get started on. I picked it up for free from BundleStars, and this is by far the best game I've recieved in a giveaway.
At first the game seemed confusing for me. There was no proper tutorial and the fact that I'm new to RTSes just makes this more so, but in my first game I already picked up the controls real fast - it was all very intinuitive. It also is really tactical, which I'm sure skill will make a big difference when playing against harder AIs or people. As far I can see, there isn't that much of a "meta" which means you can freely develop your own playstyle while still being effective. The game also runs fairly smooth (at least on PC). I've not experienced as much as an FPS drop yet. Finally, the amount of flaws is minimal for an early access game. The only bad thing I've encountered so far is the fact that there's no tutorial - as I mentioned above. Game progress can also be slow (games take around half an hour or more), which I'm sure some people DO mind, despite being able to save the game.

I encourage people to pick up this game, it definitely isn't overpriced and to play it if you happen to recieve it for free like me.

I'll just write a truthful review:
Pros:
- Realistic. Undoubtedly one of the most real sandbox survival games I've seen.
- Lots of content
Cons:
- Quite complicated, takes research and time to learn
- Quite repetitive and time consuming
- Not so fun without friends

Despite the few flaws it has Wurm Unlimited is a solid, polished game. If you're into sandbox survivals with RPG elements this is undoubtedly the best game out there that fits that description.

It's cube world, but it's an MMO and it's free.

Camera Obscura is an okay game. It's actually quite fun, and the "camera" mechanic is one of a kind. However, I can't recommend this game because of one reason : The controls are extremely clumsy on keyboard. I never end up where I want to - I always miss landing on a block and I end up having to redo a large part of the level. It's quite frustrating. Still, the story is good and with a little bit of polishing maybe I will play this game again.

Sanctum 2 is a great game. It is based off a unique idea and the developers executed it well. However it falls off short a few things :
- There isn't much in the campaign. Excluding feats of strength, I finished it in about 8 hours, and unless you buy the DLC (which I didn't), there isn't much more.
- There isn't an endless mode. It really limits the "tower defense" aspect of the game, so it's more of a thing that you play with your friends, and it's not something that can keep you going on forever.
Still, great game, it provides a unique experience.
