Very good for a free to play game but is severely lacking in bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements. New content is constantly being added which is fun and gives you new reasons to grind through the various nations' tech trees. However this also results in new vehicles, especially premium ones, being added every patch while core gameplay improvements have been ignored. At upper tiers (more modern vehicles) Gaijin seems to ignore the BR vehicle ranking system for rebalancing vehicles. Instead they alter the post-match "repair costs" of vehicles which instead of balancing anything just makes it almost impossible to play certain vehicles without losing tons of credits.

The saving grace here is that there is a very active and devoted community of players who try to voice these concerns to Gaijin. Most recommendations and complaints are ignored but occasionally the community does manage to get improvements added to the game.
