So disclaimer - the "Mostly Positive" rating for the game, comes from way before this game was taken over by another company - they took the IP, and basically made a different game entirely, which, if you read the rest of the reviews - is just nothing like the original, and not exactly a good game in it's own right.

It's telling that there isn't anything about recent reviews. I miss the old shardbound. If really had potential to be big.

First off, the game is dead. I still wholeheartedly recommend it. There are several bots in game that are decent enough to allow you to test strategies - try the game out against them bots, and you'll find that despite being full of place holders and only 1 mode it is incredibly enjoyable. If you find yourself wanting someone to play against, hmu (Comments are on).

(I should point out that I am technically the best player in the game, having beat the former #1 ranked player with my funny meme deck)

Maybe if I get popular I'll try to revive this game. It absolutely deserves it.
