Its ok? Shoulda spent way more time in the castle instead we bounce around a bunch of areas with a lot less heart. Would get RE4 Remake first but this game is a fine conclusion to the first game even if it emphasizes quantity over quality. High 6, Low 7/10

Very good old school survival horror re game with first person instead of the usual 3rd or fixed camera perspective.

Pros: Doom Eternal is an improvement upon its predecessor in every conceivable way. Movement is faster, more precise, and feels great. Demons are stronger (but not in an unfair way). And the biggest gameplay change is the reliance on both ammo and use of a variety of guns. With a smaller ammo pool you cant continuously spam powerhouse like the super shotgun or rocket launcher like you could in the original. And even if you wanted to its no longer the most effective way to kill enemies. In addition to a refined gameplay system the game also expands the universe and for fans of lore, its a real treat to read about the slayers origin. In the Doom base of operations there is additional content like the Ripatorium and Master Levels to keep things fresh even after beating the game. I cant praise this game enough. IF YOU COLLECT ENOUGH COLLECTIBLES YOU LITERALLY GET A FREE COPY OF DOOM! Oh and the code you have to input into the oldschool computer is FLYNNTAGGART. Go buy this masterpiece if you enjoyed Doom 2016 or want to get into one of the best FPS's of all time.

Cons: The purple sludge is kinda annoying sometimes.

This game was super fun. There was a pretty massive challenge spike after the city levels and the final boss was legitimately challenging and awesome to fight. I experience a couple crashes after finishing levels which was annoying and there was some pretty unfair enemies but overall I would still recommend this game to anyone looking for a new oldschool fps game to play.

a great sequel to the best game ever made

Stealth system is a little barebones, but this game def has a lot of potential. Would suggest waiting for further updates but can say that it is still fun in its current state.
