I'm sorry if i sent you messages asking you to vote, my account was hijacked by phishing by someone in russia that was using one of my friends hijacked account.
Don't click the link & definitely don't sign in with steam credentials outside of steam.
If you have you should 1-deauthorise all devices in steam settings security tab, change password & check/use steam guard Authenticator.
2-check your friends list and blocked users and recent chats the hijackers have with your account,
3- check your payment setup, email & phone number if they have fraudulently spent money or changed anything.
Contact steam & Let Your friends know to be careful & sorry again about this.
