Opus: Echo of Starsong is a beautiful and gorgeous visual novel that pushes the boundaries of visual novels and what they should be. I had a fantastic time playing it, reading all the little intricacies and hearing the excellent voice acting (I played with CN voiceover). You're a small part of a huge world but it all feels lived in and the characters seem very real. It's hard to explain the premise, but if you like visual novels with rich world building I highly recommend getting into this game. It's the type of game I did not want to put down and it kept me playing late into the night due to how interesting it is and the addictive nature of the game play which is simple in fairness but addicting.

Early Access Review
This game is what I've always been wanting from a sci-fi strategy game. If you wanted something like The Expanse with orbital mechanics affecting battles, then this game is for you. There's the political scene on Earth that is only one part of the game, which helps your progress with colonising the solar system and beating back the aliens. The combat is really really fun, and the game provides plenty of fun even on Earth. Just be aware of its learning curve which I think is a bit steep. Overall an amazing game and glad to see it finally released to the public. The devs have been super great during the beta process and I believe they'll continue to care for the game!

10/10, my ship ran out of fuel and got blown up by aliens.

Absolutely fantastic game, and a steal for a visual novel with over 500k+ words at both sale price and normal price. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a political story with choices that actually matter. The sound design and map are great as well. Highly looking forward to more games made by this company.

Surviving Mars is a city-builder-esque game published by Paradox Interactive and developed by Haemimont Games set on Earth's brother, Mars. While it has aspects of a city builder, the main goal is to establish a Mars colony and well, survive. And apparantly, surviving on Mars is actually pretty hard.

Many who have an interest in science or are in the science community may point out that domes are not actually feasible. However, this is simply part of the creative liberties the developers undertook as part of a sort of retro sci-fi vision from the 1900s as an underground colony might not look great.

So, the main point of the game is to survive. Many people seem to request a sort of tutorial to help, but I believe that you need to figure out yourself how to Survive Mars. This is why help is given in the format of hints and tips. It took me my 3rd colony to develop a functioning and semi-self sufficient colony. I had barely watched any videos before hand but it was quite satisfying to finally develop a working colony. But now, the goal is to develop that colony using an organisation that does not provide much funding.

One thing to consider is that currently based on how I've played, there isn't really a mid game. I rushed to get to the end game to build a self-sustaining colony. But, it might have been the way I played as I had a lot of beginning money to start with. Other games may provide a more satisfying mid-game as well as what I have learned over time.

Overall, the game has been very fun and I saw little need to micromanage. My drones decently handled everything and colonists got where they needed to be. I could see the need for more tools to help manage your colony's resources however. So far, the game has been fun playing and there is a lot of potential for replayability.

Pros:
-Tons of replayability
-Very satisfactory to get a working colony
-Music is excellent

Cons:
-Easier way to manage entire colony/better colony info screen
-Domes should be able to interact with each other either through the range already existing or through tubes that connect each dome

Self-opinion from reader:
-Game is not exactly a city builder, is more based on creating a surviving colony
-Way to survive is not handed to you through a tutorial, need ability to figure out what you need to do on your own

I currently recommend the game in the state it is now, as it has been enjoyable for me. Over time, the game will definitely get better. And those worrying about it being Paradox, if Cities Skylines is anything to come from, this game will not release as much DLC as quickly as Paradox's main grand strategy titles.

All this bloody paranoia about Take Two is dumb. People are making it worse by writing negative reviews. While I am against what Take Two has done for GTA V, don't let it leak into other games. The people writing negative reviews with the reason of Take Two are only hurting KSP and other games published by Take Two worse. Squad and other developers have nothing to do with GTA V. Please stop writing negative reviews about KSP because of Take Two. This is not a way to protest, by spreading it to other games.

Potential consumer, don't judge this game on the reviews people wrote on the basis of Take Two. While it is good to be mindful of what Take Two has done, boycotting KSP and non-GTA games will not help at all. Please take a look at other reviews.

I will remove this review once Take Two situation situation settles down, one way or another. (But I will keep my GTA V review up if Take Two doesn't listen to our complaints) I just wanted to balance out the negative reviews a little with my positive one, and help promote understanding.

Note for Anti-Take Two people: I understand that you guys are angry as I am angry myself. I have written a negative review for GTA V, but I don't think spreading it to other games will help as much. Calm down on the paranoia. Games such as Xcom, KSP, and Civilisation thrive on modding capabilities since they OFFICIALY and ACTIVELY supports mods. GTA V has never released tools or help for modding, and therefore does not support modding, as modding had to be created through the excellent OpenIV tool. (I am by no means justifying making mods illegal). You can do whatever you want, but please try not to influence others who want to buy a great game such as KSP.

Thank you for reading.

Edit: Take Two has decided to change their minds! Will remove review in a week.

Edit 2: Instead of removing, I'll actually write an actual review at some point in the near future.

It is a great strategy game taking place in Gettysburg. You will either take Gettysburg for the CSA or the Union. There is lots of replay value as you can change the difficulty of the AI, which will add more situations. There are also some battle choices you can have, such as close in on enemy ranks. Overall its a great game which I look to playing more in the future.

Also, thanks Valve for not deleting this game due to the CSA flag BS.
