==One thing i got out of this headache, was steam support managed to help me recover my original account and resetting it, as well as my 2ndary offline only account used during sponsored circuit days.
===So I now have my account back, in a sense, no inventory. And bunch of titles missing permanently from lists. But i do have all the receipts for most if not all, and Steam support is reviewing the receipts and confirming with purchase history that exists. Till then, rebuying only games i know will play, and link my accounts together to share other games that can be shared.
