As a long time fan of the Far Cry Series, I can compare this "game" to the others from the successful Far Cry history.

Bugs: few minor bugs (moved textures, lights bit off)
1 major I found so far (entered a bunker, died then respawned in front of locked bunker doors, couldn't get in, restarted the mission)

Most of the things in the story are just "because". You're the one who can kill everybody, conquer all the outposts... But when you're doing some story missions, it just feels like you're ridding on the backseat, just watching how it flows... you can't do sh*t about what's happenin'.

When you're pi**ing off one of the 3 characters, they'll send someone to get you... The worst thing is that even when you feel like you can do something about it, you cannot. I tried...
They sent hunters, I blew them up, no-one no-where, a random arrow hit me.
They got some narcotics bullets that make me sleep... I was like "gotta play it smart". Was in a truck, riding near the small town full of the people from The Resistance. I was having fun watching them missing shots, then they hit me, so with my blurry vision I went to the bar, the bad guys came to me and took me...
When in the lands of Faith Seed, I learned that I have to stay off the ground, the ground is the hot lava, you touch, she gotcha. So I took a helicopter, flying over the land acquired two resistance points in a row. The game said "Faith is taunting you to bliss" or something like that... that b*tch taunting on me? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥... this one fun actually but still

I liked the gun menu in both the Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 4... and, also in the 2 and 1...
I liked how you could easily switch to grenades, molotovs, mines, and C4s back then... now...
maybe I'm dumb but I cannot master this menu.

The buy menu is like from WatchDogs... It's easy to read and orientate in it. BUT
I used to get the ammo easily from other FC games... now you cannot.
When I buy ammo I have to get some notification that says that I really, but really really bought ammo. I cannot close it with any key, I just have to wait till it wears off... It's a small thing, but it really makes me mad.
When you buy ammo, you won't buy nades with it, you have to buy every throwable thing separately. I'm used to buy ammo and go back to action... this makes it long and boring.

No looting animations: understandable
No hunting for crafting: stupid, makes the game easier for kids... not that understandable but I can get over it.
2 tires blown, engine busted: still stupid
Skill menu: Ugly
Gathering skill points: I liked when the game said "25XP- Headshot" --removed
healing: I do liked to heal myself when I got no medkits... but whatever, I'll just stand still... I can get over this
Finally can ride a real helicopter! guns for hire cannot shoot from it ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, back to the point 0.
Game over, credits rolling //skip// back in the menu... hmm, ok. //presses continue// spawns in the bunker, running around 3 secs //credits rollin' again// ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Ok, fair enough, I can understand that devs might be little mad when some people were complaining about Far Cry 4 is the same as the Far Cry 3, that's something really stupid, it's not, having something in the game that works ain't nothing stupid. So reworking from scratch to this point was not smart in my point of view...

Game played 21hours, tried even the secret ending.
I've done most of the side missions.
Difficulty: Normal
I wanted to start a new game on hard... but I'm not up to it.... as long as they don't fix the buy menu at least.

In a conclusion, i wouldn't really mind giving this game the thumb up, but the ending...
I would get over most of these things i stated... but the end... it didn't make me feel sad, bad nor angry... it made me feel like I'm dumbass, like I'm the biggest American moron... cannot really express it any better...
