It may be an old game but it has good horror elements and can ♥♥♥♥ with your head at moments and it can put you on edge like the first time I played the game so I'd say it's a 8.5/10 since it has a few things that's off like a syringe glitch you can do but other than that everything else is great

LISA the Painful is a great game because it has good humor, difficult choices you can choose that will actually affect the game but for you, good or funny companions on your adventure, and much more in LISA.
