Great for memes and fun. Good balance of scary but enjoyable.

This game is a one and done.

The overall gameplay has a great idea, but the execution is not so great. I found that most of the time I was waiting for the cash to come in, and repetitive nonsense like watching over your tenants and doing renovations, and finally being able to get the different properties took forever! However if you like this type of gameplay then go for it, but if your someone like me who likes to make quick progression I would avoid.
