Designs, music, gameplay, story, all 10/10 I will likely dump 50+ hours into this

Slay the spire, but with funny 2hu characters and other fun mechanics. Lots of fun and variety! Every update so far has been great

UPDATE AFTER 1.0 RELEASE

Despite the service issues on release, I have very much been enjoying this game now, more than I did before in a previous patch. They have added some more post-campaign content that adds to the gameplay, as well as fixed a lot of major bugs that the game used to have back then.
Like a lot of others have said, this game fills an almost perfect middle-ground between D4 and PoE, where it doesn't baby you through everything, but also doesn't require you to play the game as if it was a 9-5 to fully understand it. Perfect for casual play in my opinion.

Hopefully people that were upset earlier about the service issues will see past that and judge the game for the gameplay instead. One thing that is also HUGE about this game is Dev communication, they were working nearly non-stop trying to fix issues with services and constantly updated the players on what was going on.

10/10 game that you can dump so many hours into and then put in even more by trying out mods as well.
The fact that every run is different is really nice by itself, and then added by the variety of different builds you can pull off with each character just multiplies that.
Would recommend to anyone that enjoys any kind of rogue-likes or card games, because this has the best features from those genres.

I would 100% recommend this game if there was a way to just stay on one version easily. The devs just churn out pointless updates that break every mod ever made so they can sell another half-assed music pack, at some point this is going to be come a Sims game where you get almost nothing to start with and there's $400 of DLC you have to buy.

The modding community are all amazing and they put up with a lot, they deserve a lot of the money that the devs get out of this game honestly.

Almost as ♥♥♥♥♥♥ of a port as DS1, and they had like 2 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ months to fix everything before the PC release...
