Honestly, the work they put into the game is astonishing. You can tell they work very hard to make this game good. Unfortunately, the game is published by Electronic Arts. So, if you don't like certain characters locked behind paywalls you can get behind by playing the game and leveling up (which takes a while) OR you can spend MONEY on actual characters that are *technically* free. And outrageous prices for cosmetics that you would get because they look cool. But, overall, Respawn is trying their best to make every character have a purpose, while trying not to shaft other players. Also, the trailers are REALLY GOOD.
Tl;dr: PROS: Good, fast, movement based gameplay and really cool lore with amazing characters and actors. CONS: EA being a greedy SOAB company who only care about money. Overall, I think this game is really good and needs 10x more attention.
