Helldivers 2 can be a fun game at times. But the Microtransactions in a paid game are unacceptable. they say you can earn everything in game and while that is true it takes an average player 40-50 hours to accrue enough super credits to afford a single battle pass. for us casual players who only want to play on the weekends or briefly with our friends this locks us out from participating in content we have earned medals for. or we can pay more money on a game we've already paid for to gain access to things. if it were just customisation then I wouldn't have a problem with it. but we are locked out of interesting and sometimes META weapons. so be warned its a good game but you're not buying a complete and uncomprised game unless you're happy to grind over 150 hours to even start using your medals to access everything the game has to offer

I play this game in early access and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hated it. I've been playing DND for years. I know the system in and out.

With the full release it's gotten alot better! in some aspects I find the game highly enjoyable but I still find myself getting insanely frustrated at some of Larians decisions. they completely disrespect the DND ruleset routinely and don't fathom the concept of its design. Combat encounters are ♥♥♥♥♥♥, like a first time 12 year old dungeon master who wants big fights with monster enemies. But this just ends up with horrible action economy. enemies that have health pools, save abilities, spells, items and to hits that they shouldnt have.

It's not uncommon to lose fights in a single turn as a single enemy decimates your party with insanely high DPR with multi-attack. If you've ever been a DM you would know that throwing 8+ enemies at the players is a recipe for death even if they enemies arent individually strong. if you've ever made a "dark party" which is enemies with player levels like the player party then you'd know that the fights are very swingy and unbalanced. Larian is happy to throw insane amounts of enemies at you. its happy to give every single enemy player levels and it's happy to take a goblin and three times it health.

Game balance aside though the initial encounters with almost all the companions are rough. they are very rude even while actively saving their life. but they use to be much worse in early access. it's easier now to get past the ♥♥♥♥ stage and start to enjoy the characters and they can be very endearing characters. the whole intro to the game is rough but it warms up.

Overall despite its linearity and over the top nature (which is subjective wether you like the grandiosity of it all, I do not) I think the story is great. the world is beautiful and feels lived in. theres alot of amazing and memorable moments to find and have and the game is brimming with delectable secrets. it's just every once in a while you'll run into some horrible frustration that sucks out all joy.

For me those frustrating moments too easily over shadow the good aspects of the game and I don't want to contribute to the overwhelming fanfare of this game. cause while it has alot of good attributes and i'm overjoyed to see dnd 5e represented (although butchered in some aspects) it is not a perfect game and it shouldn't be touted as such.

Baldur's gate 3 is flawed. galling is that it's issues could so easily be prevented if the game designers actually ever sat down and tried to understand 5e balance or didn't feel the need to infuse DOS 2 genes into it. I would still recommend the game though. just maybe at it's easiest difficulty and going in with no expectations for balanced combat.

I tried my best to enjoy this game. for a few hours i loved it. the scenery is amazing, the combat was fun and the storytelling was very very cool. but then it all really ends, the scenery stays amazing but everything changes. enemies begin to kill you in one or two hits, you think maybe your under leveled but your not. even if you wear the heaviest armour and get the highest vigour your still getting one or two shot. bosses and even alot of normal enemies get broken and unfun movesets that they spam non stop without even a chance to counter.

loot is long and far between, the weapon upgrade system is ball achingly tedious and impossible, they simply do not give you enough materials to keep up. the pvp is provenly broken, the game is filled with bugs and its opening weeks were a stuttering unplayable mess. they obviously rushed this game. the first few hours are golden and then everything falls apart with artificial difficulty and plainly non playtested boss fights.

The game is obviously balanced around summons and co-op. meaning you have to get help to defeat most bosses or you have to cheese them. the alternative is spending hours upon hours learning inconsistent movesets that can branch into other movesets in insta kill combos that may or may not weave into another combo. enemies literally read your inputs so they can 100% dodge any ranged attacks if they want to or punish you in a inhuman time frame, things you should be able to reasonably do are simply impossible because it comes down to a few simple factors.

The game cheats, its filled with artificial difficulty, it doesn't care about being fun or fair or even challenging. the worst thing is because its a fromsoft game their being paraded like this mess of a game is a unparralled masterpiece when in reality its a cheap cheese fest of ungodly proportians. you either have to a masochistic streak to enjoy this game or your so blinded by fanboyism or riding the wagon that you delude yourself into liking it.

Come back to this game in a year or two and people will have left the honeymoon Phase and be honest about the game. it's cheap trash. it could be amazing with some simple changes but for now its unbalanced unfair cheap garbage.

This is hands down the worst VR game i've ever experienced. it will make your eyes bleed, it will set your computer on fire and if you dare attempt to mod it you will lose 20 years off your life.

The Witcher 3 is a amazing game that finishes the renowned and almost perfect story of the witcher series! the stories are unique and varying and the landscapes whilst seemingly similar are vastly diffrent, unlike other RPG's where the biomes are different with ice desserts and the such alot of the witchers domains stay in the area of grass lakes and tree's and such whilst making each acre of land seem varying and very alien in a beautiful sense that makes exploring the world a succulent treat for the eyes and the mind. back to the stories using old folklore from varying cultures like medieval europeans vikings and others make for intresting stories and wonderfully live characters that just add to the immersion and enjoyment of the game. although it looks pretty the gameplay itself is what people would garner the most important, The gameplay is amazingly detailed in its element of skill and stratergy, fighting involves skillful timing and stradegy with rolling dodging parrying counter-attacking and attacking whilst also toppling it with the element of magic that give you a keen advantage along with potions oils and bombs that give gameplay a strategical and skillfull element. this game is simply the best iv ever played and i dont think anything will ever match it. 10/10
