A roguelike looter shooter with a Fortnitey art style and a loud, futuristic trap-like soundtrack. Definitely aimed at the Fortnite generation. Decent, chaotic gameplay with lots of nice weapons and upgrades to be found. After a certain point you need a full squad to succeed, but sadly the game is dead so unless you want to play with friends don't expect to get very far.

If I could give this game a neutral review I would. It's okay, it feels like an attempt to create Animal Crossing for PC, but of course it's nowhere near as good and there isn't that much to do. The characters are a bit weird looking, not as cute as I would have liked and they don't have much depth.
I enjoyed my first few hours catching bugs, relaxing and fishing but I really hated the crafting. It's pretty complex, especially when it comes to making original designs. I couldn't design anything that didn't look really, really bad. This is an issue as making original items and uploading them to the world is part of the games merit system if you want to complete 100%, I didn't find this cosy or relaxing at all. Another issue is the inventory system. It's just bad, even with max upgrades. Every time you want to craft something you need to take out each crafting material and put them in your backpack, then return them all to storage when you're finished. The storage sucks too, it's huge, and makes your world look really ugly.
Hokko life is okay for a few hours, but there's not a great deal to it unless you love crafting.

An amazing open world indie rpg made by just one dev. I really enjoyed Gedonia, it's really fun and there is plenty to do. The skill trees have lots of possibilities so you can make the exact class you want, and your starter attributes really matter as you make choices throughout the game. There are some great puzzles and fun dungeons. Some fights in the main story are tricky and combat can be a little jank, I had to grind to level up before returning to them. The story is okay, and it has some voice acting, both decent enough for a game made by just one person, but nothing special. The music is really nice, and each biome has a unique soundtrack. I look forward to Gedonia 2, and will definitely pick it up. I had lots of fun playing this game and I'm really glad I discovered it. Big love for solo/small devs like this ♥

Really fun asym to play with friends. As humans you're trying to escape the Klown invasion however you can. Escape by boat, bridge, portal or ice cream van to name a few! Find weapons and items to defend yourself and repair the exits. You can also try save cocooned humans. If you die there are mini games that will allow you to send items to your team mates to help them escape.
As Klowns you must try to kill or cocoon all humans to feed on before they escape! Wrap them in cotton candy or smash them with your hammer! You will unlock different Klown weapons as you level up. If you die, you respawn after 45 seconds.
Levelling up unlocks new classes and cosmetics. You will play both human and klown, you don't get to choose roles which is actually pretty nice, it seems to be a decent mixture of both. It feels really nice playing the killer role with other people too, making both sides equally fun.
In Space No One Can Eat Ice Cream!

Fun to play for a few hours with friends! Take a video camera and torches and record weird creatures whilst they try kill you! When your friend gets harpooned and one shot, be sure you get it on cam! Take it back to your base and watch together, whilst trying to hit viewer goals. It's great watching the chaos and there are lots of laughs. If you manage to hit your viewer goals you get coins to upgrade your base or buy cosmetics. Fun game but a little buggy at the moment, especially the optional objectives that you're currently unable to do. It would also be nice to see a wider variety of maps, not just grey abstract areas.

An amazing party game to play with friends. Move around the board and try to collect the most cups. Mini games determine play order. Collect items to heal, steal keys, or injure others! The workshop has lots of great maps and mini games so things never get stale. The devs are really great, they're still releasing updates even though the game was released back in 2018 ♥

Also, I murdered my friend with a little white rabbit. 11/10.

Early Access Review
Storage Hustle is a fun little game made by a solo dev so it's well worth supporting. It's in early access at the moment and there is more content to come. You bid on storage lockers and then try to make a profit on the contents. You can also visit yard sales to pick up some bargains. The gameplay is pretty nice, as you gain experience you can unlock perks to make the hustle easier. You can also upgrade your tools (a price scanner and repair hammer) to make them more efficient. You can buy new houses and cars with your hard earned profits, and do a little gambling on slots and blackjack if you feel like it!

At the moment there are some optimisation issues and crashes but the dev is actively working on these issues and seems to be very hands on with players in his Discord server. He welcomes and responds to player feedback and bug reports which is really great to see. He seems like a genuinely nice guy, so I really hope this game goes great for him - it's off to a good start and i'm looking forward to seeing how it develops ♥

An adorable and wholesome cosy game. You're tasked with helping a little apple develop a garden for his friends, completing simple mini games as you progress. It's a very short game (about an hour long for the main story), but it is full of positive words, affirmations and cute characters. There are also breathing techniques and mindfulness strategies throughout the game which I loved. I've never seen this in a game before and it felt pretty unique.
The only downside is that I crashed a lot, however I never lost any progress.
I highly recommend this little gem for an hour of inner peace ♥

A fun side-scrolling RPG. The story is based around a team of three people exploring a place called the rune barrows for treasure, and each one of them has their own reasons for doing so. The game world is fairly small, with just 5 main areas. Make no mistake, it's grindy as hell, you have to keep clearing out the same areas over and over again to find crafting components and quest items, especially if you want to complete all the side quests (which are mainly fetch quests). Despite the grind it's a lot of fun. The art style is pretty and the music is nice. The fast travel system is great and you can move around the world easily. The story is okay, it's not that deep but the characters are fun and have some good dialogue, although there is no voice acting.
The game is fairly easy, but you can unlock hard mode on completion, and can then play new game+.
I recommend this game for a simple, relaxing and fairly short rpg experience.

A really fun roguelike adventure. Explore the dungeons at night, then bring back items to sell in your shop in the day time. Use some of your loot to upgrade weapons and armor and craft potions. Use money from sales to develop the town and upgrade your shop, then try to get further inside the dungeons!
Gorgeous pixel graphics, fun gameplay loop and nice music. I loved this game and hope there will be a Moonlighter 2 ♥
