Sadly, this game went downhill ever since Valve decides to 'abandon' the game; lack of updates, not listening to the community... the list goes on.
Don't get me wrong, I like TF2, but the fact that Valve decides to ignore this amazing franchise is not doing not only us (the community), but also themselves any good.

I would have recommended TF2 back in the older days, when there were still updates to keep the community and the game itself going. Now? I doubt it.

Valve, when are you ever going to wake up from your darn idea?

I think you have it all wrong, tf2 is still getting updated AND valve does the oppposite with the community because the tf2 devs dont make their own hat now, they use the community made hats instead. And this game wont be "abandon".

valve still updates the game, smissmas brought big changes such as ping limits and map voting system, and it has been recently updated to fix the map names for swiftwater and other maps not aligning with the pictures under it

@OrakMoya You must understand that there are still new players coming in to play the game. I don't recommend it not because I don't like it, but because I don't want the new players to be disappointed with the current state of TF2.

"Not recommended" has 1369 hrs in the game and spent 13 hrs playing it the last 2 weeks

they updated tf2 3 times in the last 3 months and they havent abandoned it jesus tf2 has become better ever ince overwatch players decided to stop playing overwatch and start playing tf2. They also have future updates coming BIG ones in the next month. Moral: C A L M Y O U R T I T T I E S

Slowly but surely they fix...
Make...
And add new content!
Deal with their mistakes and be happy you even get updates!
