After the Cold Steel saga, Falcom released Trails Into Reverie, a game serving the same purpose as Sky 3rd, wraping up some plot points and being a fanservice game (in the sense of "Everyone is here, go break the game with whoever you like"). But make no mistake, this game doesn't live with just that, it's plot, while being less ambitious than previous entries, mostly because the script is shorter, is no less epic and the presentation of new characters is masterfully done.

Don't take my playtime as an indicative, as I've just finished the main story and done almost nothing of the reverie corridor, which is the main point of the game, so it could easily 2x or 3x the playtime.

To end this review, I'd like to say that, 5 games later and 5 years since I started Cold Steel 1, Fie is still best girl.
