This is childhood memories coming to life. Gearbox did a fantastic job together with Blackbird Interactive (most original HW developers) to remaster this gem.

They could have done a cheap compatibility patch for both games and I would have bought it, no questions asked.
But they went the extra mile and actually remastered it properly. They brought back the old voice actors and the OST composer to completely remake everything, recreated all the iconic cutscenes, and retained every last detail of both original games. In additon they integrated both games into one multiplayer component.

If you want to remaster a game, this is how you do it.

Homeworld Remastered looks feels and sounds exactly like I remember it through my nostalgia shades.
