Walk, grab whatever random stuff you find, trade said random stuff for other random more valuable stuff until you can get fishing. Fish all the time until you get valuable fish, trade fish for the stuff you want.
Or just walk randomly listening to the peaceful music until you run away from bandits and lose confidence in yourself. 10/10
