This game scratches so many "good game" itches. The gameplay is seamless and fun. Its got a cool story to tie it all together. The art style is great and matches the themes. There's plenty to do, and goals to achieve all throughout the game. On top of all of that, its REALLY fun to play with friends!!!

Many, many gameplay hours later.......

The game is ridiculously fun to play now. They've fixed almost all of the bugs, added a cubic ton of items and decorations to the game, and thanks to the HGTV team up they now have way more houses to decorate, almost no bugs, better textures on the flooring, almost twice the options for windows and doors and lights, and they're still adding more to the game.

Gameplay:
- At first, things are slow, but after the first 5 jobs or so you've pretty much maxed out the speed option. Another 10 jobs and you've maxed out everything else.
- Controls are very easy, and there aren't any glitches anymore!
- I have replayed the game no less than 6 times because you never have to decorate the houses the same way twice. Since the HGTV update, I haven't actually decorated all the houses yet. That should say something about how much more they added, given my play time.

Decorating Options:
- Quantity: Oh sweet Mary mother of Jesus there is a lot to pick from now I am one happy camper. Plus, they're adding more!!!
- Quality: These are very well done models, and the textures are nicely done. The only thing I'd say needs a texture update is the wall paint colors and textures, which still look very flat.
+ One thing about this game: after playing it, you will see the exact furniture from this game showing up in almost every other unity-engine game. Seriously. I can recreate every house from every modern indie title in house flipper. Phantasmaphobia should team up with Houseflipper so we can redecorate those sad, sad shacks.

Would you recommend?

Yeah, I would. I mean, come on. This is basically Barbie Magic Dream House for adults. Are you the sort of person who goes to Target and longingly stares at the decorations and thinks "Man, if only I had the money, I'd redecorate my house twice a month"? Don't go to Target, buy this game. You'll save so much money.

Things I'd like to see in future patches:

+ House Replay: Rather than restarting the game all over again, it would be nice if there was a "Re-Flip This House" option. If there was a mode that restarted a house, totally clean and up-kept, ready to redecorate, I'd be so happy.

+ Better Wall Colors and Textures: The colors are not bad, but if they could add more paint options, and also some wall texture options that would make it so that the paint option matches the floor options in variety and quality.

+ Take Your Own Pictures: The new "Portfolio Pictures" mode is great, but if you redo the interior walls too much, you might wind up with a photo of just a wall.

+ Camping/Glamping Expansion: I'd love to decorate campsites, log cabins, and even big Ski Resort style locations.

+ Corporate Expansion: You could totally decorate an office building, a studio, a restaurant, or a hotel with the items currently available. You might even be able to add a few new House flips too, where the contractor wants to run a business out of one room.

+ Fix the last few bugs in the new houses: I've encountered a rare few bugs in the new HGTV section, such as walls you broke down still needing to be plastered, or the tiling of a wall you broke down is still there, and stuff like that. As much as I play this game, I really should figure out how to send bug info to the developers....
