Call of Duty: Cold War is, in my opinion, the best Call of Duty in recent times. I got this game on launch day back on Xbox One, and played it constantly. I was so happy to see it come to Steam last year, as I have now moved to PC.

I feel like a lot of COD campaigns in recent times have been easy to write off, not all that interesting. However, this one, this one was great. It really took me back to those old Black Ops days, it immersed me quite well. It may not be the flawless classic COD experience, but this was the closest we've gotten in a long time. I really enjoyed this campaign.

I understand why people didn't like the multiplayer all that much, the score streaks of this game are handled very differently, and Air Patrol sucks, but it felt like classic arcade COD to me. I could run around and gun mindlessly, work on camos, and actually do well. I was so sick of the heavy "tactical" multiplayer of COD MW 2019 where people would camp in corners.

Also the zombies, well yes is not as great as it used to be (operators really don't do good for the story), I still heavily enjoyed it. It's my most revisited next to the king of zombies, Black Ops 3. I love running around as Samantha Maxis and just grinding Firebase Z like crazy. Honestly, a blast.

Basically, there's a lot of fun to be had here. This is definitely my favorite COD game in recent years. Just pains me that all my achievements don't carry over with all my progress from Xbox. I guess that's what SAM is for.

After replaying this game on PC, I've grown to like it more compared to when I played it during launch week on Xbox in 2018. Despite this, I'm still giving Metal Gear Survive a negative review.

As a game on it's own, I don't think it's a bad game. I now find it quite enjoyable. However, even with my new found enjoyment of this game, it'll never become a good Metal Gear game. That's why this is a negative review. Konami shouldn't make Metal Gear games like this. What happened to the amazing cinematography Metal Gear is known for? It was in the opening of the game, but as soon as you reach Dite it's gone. Replaced by "cut-scenes" with just text boxes. There are cut-scenes sometimes, but they're nowhere near as capturing as Metal Gear SHOULD be. The twist of this game's story is highly predictable, and most of the missions are fetch quests with some defense sprinkled in. This just isn't a Metal Gear game. There's some parts where I see effort to make it feel like one, but it's not enough to save it.

A good game on it's own, but it'll always be a terrible Metal Gear game.

Don't make another Metal Gear game like this Konami.

Worth the price because you can play Sonic Forces Overclocked. Otherwise, this game is normally bad.

If this was sold by itself I'd feel disappointment because of the lack of content, but this is a nice little bonus game that comes with RE Village. I can't complain. It's pretty fun for a good few hours. Thanks for the evening entertainment Capcom.

One of the most immersive gaming experiences I've ever had the pleasure of playing. Truly a must buy.

Early Access Review
A decent game that lasts a few hours. It has a lot of levels with easy to understand puzzles, and simple enemies. It can be a pretty good time with friends.

An absolutely amazing remake that's made with tons of love and careful consideration to the original's content. Just like the Dead Space remake before it, you can't miss this one. 10/10 must buy.

This review will contain heavy spoilers. Don't read if you haven't played Danganronpa V3

I wasn't originally sure what I would write for this review, but, with some thought I think I know exactly what I want to say. I want to discuss this game's focus on Truth vs Lies when compared to the ending.

A lot of people hate this game for it's twist in Chapter 6, and I can understand why. It felt like a cop out to me, and as I was playing through it, I really didn't like it. I would go as far as saying, I was disappointed. But now that a few days have passed, and I've reflected on the ending, I think I can respect it.

Danganronpa, for all of its previous installments, has focused on the battle between Hope and Despair. I noticed whilst playing through this game, the words of Hope and Despair seemingly appeared a lot less. That's because Danganronpa V3 focuses on a new battle, Truth vs Lies. In fact, the Flashback bullet function from Danganronpa 2 was replaced with a Lie bullet to further illustrate this. All of Danganronpa stories in the past, were about Hope vs Despair, but here, this is different.

How can you illustrate the battle between Truth and Lies to your audience with a narrative? The confusion of what to believe in? That's where this game's ending comes in. The twist that all of Danganronpa was a lie, that it was all fiction. That was the truth Tsumugi presented Shuichi and the rest. On the surface, fans would see that as aggravating, as I've seen most people feel that way. But don't forget, V3 has taught us something with its story. That Truth and Lies are the same, they are no different from one another. If you believe in a lie enough, it becomes a truth. Everything that Chapter 6 did, is supposed to show the climax between Truth and Lies. That's why the game ends without a concrete answer. Was all of Danganronpa fiction? Tsumugi's story has holes, and even Shuichi in the Epilogue makes a good point against Tsumugi. Or was all she said actual truth? That conflict in what to believe in, is the pinnacle of Truth vs Lies.

We may not know the truth, but the truth is what we make it. Even if you believe in a lie enough, it becomes a truth. What's actually out there in the outside world for Shuichi and the rest, is unknown. Their truth is waiting for them, and we as the viewer, have to choose what to believe in. We as the audience, must choose what to believe in, just as Shuichi did in the final trial.

For that, I think Danganronpa V3 was pretty great. I like the other games better, but V3 isn't bad.
