Come on you apes! You want to live forever?

My first playthrough with friends recap:
- Everyone died x3
- Everyone but one friend 1 died x3
- I died by spamming the bell
- Friend 2 died to lightning
- Friend 3 is weak to bullets (is also the laziest apparently)
- We met quotas.... till we didn't (Don't do that)
- The most horrifying thing is hearing your friend talking and then they go silent...
- There's a dance emote and so we all danced before our punishment for not meeting quota.
- Everyone died again... x3
- There's a boombox and the tunes slap.

Super chill and relaxing game

You can acquire the AE86 so therefore it's a good game. Deliver Tofu and drift to Eurobeats, that's all one can ask for really.

You can probably finish this game before George R.R Martin finishes Winds of Winter.

10/10 would Stab a ♥♥♥♥♥ at a Ball again.

I was able to obtain the Tofu car (AE86). Because of that 11/10 game.

The rain was purple they said... they lied, it was no longer purple.

So Risk of Rain 2 is a great game with your friends, you go around a planet blasting monsters, opening up chests for items that enhance you in different ways. You also wear said items, so when you pick up that steak that helps with healing, yes you have a Steak somewhere on your character now. Squid item? Yea you got a head Squid now. Besides the silly item wearing, there is also the Music, it's so phenomenal that it draws you into the gameplay even more as you get lost in the chaotic fighting and majestic melodies and mindless loot grabbing. The OST will get stuck in your head for the rest of your days and it will be a blessing to your ears each time you listen to it.

so grab your Ukulele, grab some friends and buy this game and melt into Risk of Rain 2.

I hate Roguelikes, but Hades tickles my fancy in so many ways. The Art is phenomenal, the Music is a blast, the Story makes you laugh while also tugging at the heartstrings, the game play in engaging and quick to pick up. Failure doesn't feel bad as the story progresses nonetheless and you just keep climbing.

Also Fishing, you can fish in lava, you can fish in a sea of souls, every game should have fishing.


P.S Yes... you can pet the dog.

Diablo like game but with guns. Van Helsing aesthetic along with some H.P Lovecraft vibes and you got a very eerie and creepy setting.

Pros:
- Story is interesting
- Them Helsing Vibes
- Multiclass builds
- an Inventory that gets larger as you progress by doing quests.
- Lots of build variety, and tonnes of guides online for anyone who just wants to grab a good build and mindlessly slaughter enemies.

Cons:
- Like most arpg's there's almost too much loot, I'm constantly going back to sell stuff off and even got to the point where anything below Green doesn't even get picked up. Luckily as you progress you get more inventory space, but it's kind of hindered by the shear amount of "Enchantment" like items you can put on gear.
- There have been a few times where I've died so quickly I can't tell what actually caused the death, so it's hard for me to come up with a way to counteract that. At least bosses HP doesn't reset fully if you do die, so you can at least chip away. But it'd be nice if my HP didn't go from Full to 0 in half a second giving me no time to react or even come up with a solution in terms of gear. Resistances are everything in this game so maybe I just lacked a certain one, but I couldn't tell which cause they were all fairly high. A Complaint that was probably purely on me to figure out, but a complaint nonetheless.

If you're looking for something new in the arpg department then this likely won't do it for you. But if you're looking for something that plays somewhere between Diablo and PoE, then this is likely the game for you.
