Marked One, what the hell !?

The game's fun. There is a lot of valid criticism in a bunch of these negative reviews. But when you give it a shot it's quite enjoyable. It looks janky, it feels a bit janky but by no means bad.

While I love this game and I genuinely enjoyed playing it I have to warn you. The grind is atrocious, the rewards are abysmal, and the economy is garbage. As a new player you will struggle to equip your squads with soldiers. You will struggle giving them all guns and you will go into games under-equipped because the devs couldn't be bothered to fix the sodding economy. They raised some daily login reward from 300 silver to 500 silver. A decent gun will set you back 3000 silver. Per game you, as a new player, will earn about 500-1000 silver depending on how well you perform and each game will last from 10 to 40 minutes.

If you do join the game and you do become a regular, don't expect the devs to show gratitude and reward your loyalty. People who have been with the game from the beginning couldn't link their original account to Steam without buying this ♥♥♥♥ game. Their store employs so many predatory practices and "Fear Of Missing Out" (FOMO) tactics that'll make your head hurt. Hell, half the game is premium squads and a lot of them you'll never know about because they've been out of circulation forever. These devs will back stab you. They will disappoint and betray you. And there is nothing you can do about it.

Matchmaking is a joke. You, as a fresh player at BR1 (with a bolt action), will go up against SMGs, tanks, and planes which you won't have the tools to fight yet. The brackets are BR1-BR3 and BR3-BR5. Which they insist on keeping this way because "the game doesn't have the population to sustain another queue".

There are far too many issues with the game which at first you might not notice since you won't know any better, but in time you will spot them and I can already tell you, we've been yelling and kicking for years yet they couldn't be arsed to fix most of them.

If you think you could just go onto their forums or discord and leave valid criticism you will most certainly run into power tripping mods which will delete your message, mute you, and even ban you.

This was supposed to be 'The Big Release" which would bring in new players and breathe life into it. That was before they decided to slap a price tag on it.

You'll do best to stay away from this dumpster fire. Invest that money in a pizza and a drink.

Now that the monthly subs are here I can officially say, ♥♥♥♥ this piece of ♥♥♥♥ game. It's not worth the price, let alone the monthly sub. Having the guts to charge people for this unfinished piece of ♥♥♥♥ is stupid. Spend the money ordering takeout once a moth if you want to spend. You'll enjoy it more than this sad excuse of a game

I remember sitting in front of the TV as a little kid, playing the living ♥♥♥♥ out of the Jet Set Radio demo disc on the OG Xbox. This game threw me back to those moments. Can absolutely recommend!

You get to ♥♥♥♥ a bear.... or so I heard

Banter aside (no seriously, i couldn't find the bear yet), the game is fantastic. Top tier voice acting, amazing story, engaging gameplay (if you can stop yourself from scum saving), big choices to make! I absolutely recommend it!

This game is not right. It feels worse than an asset flip. It looks like ass, it runs like ass, it plays like ass.

Welcome to Dumpster-fire Remastered. If you're a returning player you're in for a wild ride. Did you love the amazing amount of customization in this painfully average FPS game? Well that's gone. They cut the armors, gear, and paint jobs out of the game, and are reselling everything in their in-game cash shop.

Did they change anything other than that? Did they add anything new??? mmm... No. If you played in 2018, you played this version of the game. It hasn't changed. No new guns, no new vehicles.

If you're a new player coming into the game, have at it. It's free. It's a painfully average game, but it's free. Shooting mechanics are better than Battlefield 2042 (not like that's a high bar). Player movement feels sluggish if you touch a door frame or any other obstacle, essentially resetting your momentum.

This is one of the must have games for VR. It's truly a gem. It's STALKER VR. A truly tense and exciting experience.
