The servers have been trash ever since they released the game, I just played 3 games and each game had a replay of me going through the ball. Sometimes when I go through the ball the replay doesn't show that I did which is on my end, but when I go through the ball on the replay I know it was because of this awful game. Everything Sizz said about these servers and the lag is completely true. I thought the moment Epic Games picked up the company something would happen, but nobody at Psyonix can use their brain and realize the servers are absolute dog water.

The game is too laggy in the menus.

The game itself is great. I've had issues with getting it to start after I installed Windows 10. I have attempted to get a refund and everything, I even put in the notes the issue with the game. Like I said, the game is fun, Steam however is not even good. I get I'm one customer but that is so uncalled for. $15 for a game that doesn't work is a lot of money, I would at least hope Steam would've told me how to fix the problem.
