Happy belated Birthday old friend. I wont be able to attend your memorial for long today, I've come down with a cold and I don't want to get all the people close to you sick. I donated money to a charity "Lets Quest!" in your name. They provide RPG Books to schools and needy so more people can play DnD and DnD like games. Hopefully another Bard will be inspired to be even a fraction of the person you were because of that.

Rest well, your friends and family are all gathered celebrating you as I type this. You were loved and cherished.

There's going to be a memorial dedicated to you this December. I'm going to try to make it, but I can't guarantee that because of work. I know you'd understand, you've always been like that. You're missed dearly and all the people who care about you that can make it will be there.
