Just finished up episode 2 and I will, despite the dark and horrific tale told, be giving this game a massive thumbs up. Set in a seemingly heavy dystopian world with an authoritarian backdrop, 2 siblings face challenges of abandonment and mistreatment, leading to intensive trauma bonding. I'm likely not the only one who was drawn to see it myself after the firestorm of controversy. If anyone reads this, and has the stomach to look past the outrage to the true heart of this game, It will leave you with something to think on at the least. At most you will see the horrific damage to 2 siblings that trauma and childhood neglect can cause. This game is not for the faint of heart. But never forget that this sad story does not glorify the acts committed, it serves as a stark warning to us as humans that there is a darker side to us, one we must fight at all times. Looking forward to seeing the story end in chapter 3.
