If I could say maybe, I would. It's a good game, but falls short in many ways. Still lacking lobby keeping where the next game is with the same lobby which has been highly requested feature is depressing. The Core mode, like Modern Warfare 2019 is always last in priority compared to Warzone, though it has been worked on a bit better thanks to Competitive and CDL, but it still isn't priority in any way. Maps are awful and I'm sure they're just holding the good ones behind paid DLC that was supposed to be released the year after launch, but considering they lied to consumer's faces to no surprise and releasing another game, that expansion is likely never going to come.

If you're a primary Search and Destroy enjoyer like myself, I can't recommend it. SBMM doesn't exist and when it does, it's awful. Competitive is much worse in my opinion as it severely limits your loadouts, which is fine for competitive, but I just wish there was an in-between that has good ranking but the full loadouts.

TLDR, From a Core S&D only player, the maps aren't great, acceptable SBMM isn't there, game is an abandoned cash grab. Don't give any money to these producers.

I don't review games often, but Deceive Inc. is an amazing PvP experience and really released way under the radar for how great it is. The music, problem solving and gunfights are beyond any game I've played recently and it's hard to understate how underrated it is. It does have matchmaking problems at times and there is no skill rated matchmaking, but when you get in game, it's an amazing sleuth game from the beginning to the end. As if Hunt: Showdown, Hitman and Valorant had a jazzy love child. Cannot recommend enough.
