For my part, if its working, its phenomenally enjoyable. The combat is fluid and fair. Performance is great.

Unfortunately, the matchmaking lobby issues (as of this writing) are a real buzzkill. That said, I still recommend it. Just don't go playing solo on a higher difficulty - you WILL get curbstomped ;)

I have nothing negative to say about Vermintide 2. It does exactly what it advertises - delivering solidly designed kill spaces with unique modifiers in the form of the classes offered against the special monsters you fight against. The harder difficulties require good team work and I have a generally positive experience with the community itself, too.

It's wonderful that despite launching years ago, Fatshark continues to iterate on this gem. I would highly recommend a purchase if you're looking for a cooperative PVE horde style slayer game. I can't wait to see what else the developer produces in the future.
