The gameplay has much more depth than the artistic style portrays

You are tasked with the very important job of overseeing your spherical friend (Nubby) work his magic at the number factory!

I burned myself out on the first few levels of Ballionaire, but Nubby's Number Factory has reinvigorated my interest in plinko-style roguelikes, maybe I just enjoy more casual rougelikes, but this game really hit the spot for me.

This is literally a game I could play until the sun explodes!

This game made me transition off Windows XP, as a true solitaire successor now exists!

Game is honestly one of the best games I've played in so long.
You only need a basic understanding of cards, everything else is pure enjoyable game design.
Unlike other rougelites, this card game lets the player increase the difficulty at their own pace
The base level difficulty is very easy, casual and fun to jump into at any time.

One of the most unique, fun and entertaining co-op games out there.

Basically Dota2 if it were a co-op 3rd person shooter

Extremely enjoyable to play with friends

Very active modding community if you're into that

One of my favourite Co-op games I've played, so much depth in character progression - the small game file size doesn't take up 20GB+ like most other titles - the community is great if you dont have 3 other friends to play with 24/7
Even playing solo this game has a relaxing and engaging gameplay loop.

My only small gripe is that there are so many computers in the lobby ship-cabin when you're a new player there can be a lot to learn

Ignoring a myriad of other small issues - the game has NO region selection for multiplayer, and will put players in servers half way across the world with completely unacceptable amounts of lag.

The community came up with a solution to this issue - and the developers BLOCKED it

Apparently this same issue has been baked into MCC for 3 years without being fixed

Played this game both local shared screen, and online multiplayer
This game is a faultless and amazingly polished arena brawler
The perk system is insanely well designed and means its anyone's win right up until the last match
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a brawler to play with friends

This game isnt purchasable on Steam anymore, but I will still leave the negative review it deserves.

The game got bought out by Epic games after Season 4 and its gone down hill rapidly

Bugs prevalent, devs changing the physics, communication non-existent, new shop predatory and less map variation when the game released.

This game has legitimately fallen apart from what was once a fun bean game.

The core gameplay of Rocket league is still amazing as it was on release. Fun for all skill levels with an awe inspiring level of skill that can be achieved.

Since my initial review however the game has been purchased by Epic Games, and the monetisation has changed a lot for the worse - if you care about showing off your car, there are many expensive temptations in place to try and get you to spend money. Restraint players can still enjoy the battle-pass and make back what they spent.

Prior to their acquisition, there were regularly free new game modes and worthwhile events to look forward to - this has mostly gone now - and in its place are shameless expensive partnerships with car manufacturers (1 car for the price the game used to cost) presumably as Epic tries to claw back their investment they spent on the game

Early Access Review
This is a great and promising game, I absolutely love the driving mechanics
But unless driving solo is what you're interested in, then it might pay to watch the development process

I feel that a quick win for development would be updated controller support.
Currently using an XBOX 360 controller - and I cant open the menu with the start button.
Alongside many unexpected UI tendencies - fixing this will help with future console ports if desired.

I urge the developers to keep up the good work, I look forward to a game with great mechanics.

Amazing game to add to your library if you have regular gaming parties including a TV.

Best results had with friends who have no filter amongst each other
