This is what I imagine happened at Cloudhead games one day in order for this game to be conceived.

This game is not for the sedentary person; you will need some space to move around. The game will make you shoot, jump, dodge, and in some levels dance, so if you don't want to be spending time bumping into things in your room, you've come to the wrong place. If you can make it all the way through the last level, The Fall, on Normal or hard without bumping into something in real life, you either have a very large room, or you're lying because there's no way.

It's intense, it's gratifying, and it made me want to play VR again for the first time in more than a year.

Other developers take note: When it comes to VR games, Pistol Whip is master class.

Awesome Arcade dogfighter. It's a great break from DCS as the game is well modelled, and is hugely satisfying when you shoot someone down. Teamplay is essential as you'll need people playing all classes to actually win the match.

The only downside is that the game needs more players, so buy this game and come play!

This is one of the most hilarious co-op games I've ever played. There's so much to do and experience. Be warned though, that the game is not for everybody. You need to approach this game with a light heart and an expectation for the ridiculous, because literally everything that happens in the game, from beginning to end, is absolutely -pants-crappingly- ridiculous. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

I like this game a lot despite its flaws here and there. If you have a friend to play with, you can't go wrong. The length of the game is nothing short of astonishing in this day and age.

I read on PC Gamer that Crytek is hoping that this game will bring them out of hot water. After playing this game for a while, I can not see that happening. I've played a lot of free to play shooters, and to be honest, I just don't really like the feel of this one. The shooting mechanics are workable (albeit bland), but the real drawback to gameplay is the lag between when you shoot someone and when they die. The game itself is CLEARLY pay to win, as well. I've always despised games where you work for hours to buy a gun, but they only let you have it for like.. 7 days. That's bs and it removes any and all point to trying to level up. For a much better example of a free to play game, look at Warframe. Or if this genre suits you, Ghost Recon Phantoms does a pretty good job as well.
