As a long-time lover of games of The Chinese Room, picking this up the same day as realising they released another game had me approaching it with a lot of excitement and expectation. For the most part, it met it. Characters, voice acting and setting were all superb, really going well at building an immersive environment and a set of characters I can really believe in listening too, similar to Everybody's Gone to the Rapture.

Enough eerie and creepy moments happen to keep an intensity up, with the only annoying spots being a few issues I had with how the platform-like elements handled, and getting myself through some of the story points. Not up there just as high as previous work, but still a fun romp and worth a look if you like their previous stuff, with having a bit more action this time.

A really top-of-the-class fighter with superb depth, but enough onboarding to help a newbie feel somewhat comfortable through the tutorials. Animation is the best in the business too, leaving all others in the dust for style and beauty.

Having been playing these games weekly with friends since the start of this pandemic, pack 7 has probably ended up being our collective favourite. Not too sure we're a fan of Devil, but the rest of the games are great. Special shout to Champ'd Up, which is fun, fresh, snappy and has such a good soundtrack that it's hard to not let the credits song play through at the end of a game.
