Unfortunately, you can feel that, in theory, the game could have some potential, but it looks like the developers did not care enough... So, in total, the game comes out at a TREASH TEAR.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND SPACE ON YOUR DRIVE.

It is a pretty unique and outstanding experience.

These are unique mechanics that you would not experience with any other deckbuilder. It's simple initially, but it becomes challenging in the end if you have no synergy in your deck.

Going point by point:
1. Graphics. 7/10 its unique artistic style, which you will enjoy. There is no wow effect when you experience it, but it fits well with the story and overall feel of the game.
2. Story. 4/10 it's below average, but it has a place to grow. The writing itself is good, but it is not focus too much on the story, I personally think it has much more perspective in this regard, so I would recommend the developer to work on it a bit more, as I like the overall concept.
3. Music. 6/10. It is fitting and enjoyable, and the sounds are on point; I would appreciate a voiceover, but it's good as well for the indie project.
4. Gameplay. 8/10. It's unexpectedly good. The main gameplay mechanics are great and engaging. Overall, progression is interesting and unique, and there is also a challenge ahead of you. The main negative point would be that there is only one route for the story, which restricts the replay value.

Overall, for the free game, it's worth it 100%; try it out, especially if you are a fan of deckbuilder games.

If all the issues will be fixed I could recommend it, but not yet... Not yet...

Not worth it on FULL RELEASE. Game went out of Early Access, but still have a lot of issue and needs to be developed further!

Positives:
- Interesting and Beautiful graphics
- Enjoyable Music
- Interesting Gameplay Mechanics
- Cool Hero Progression System

Negatives:
- There are bugs when you try to use carts It glitches out
- I finished the game in less than 2 hours and it's not like it has a lot of variance for replayability
- Low amount of unique cards
- You can finish the game with one strong card
- Not all the text is translated. Some buttons and names are in Chinese

Overall, the most complex and important parts are done very well. The graphics look great, and the gameplay is ok. I think it could be improved, but it has a solid basis. The game has potential, but it still feels like some early access game, not a full release!

Beautiful and Mysterious. That is how I would describe the Mercury Abbey.

Final Score For the game is: 7.2/10

Check out detailed overview if you need more details.

Visuals

Style choice is based on the world and story, and it deserves an 8/10. There is not much innovation to give it more, and there are some minor improvements that are possible, so we knock 2 points for these reasons.
Precisely for this kind of art style, I can give it a 9/10. It deserves high praise for its implementation.
It is hard to admit, but this game deserves 10/10 for its atmosphere, suspense, and unique memorable scenes and locations.

Graphic quality: 9/10
Style choice: 8/10
Visually distinct and memorable moments: 10/10
!!!Overall Score for Game Visuals: 9/10

Sound and Music

Specifically for this game as a story-based adventure where you focus on atmosphere and reading, it deserves 7/10, but usually, this would be lower.
Overall, unfortunately, it is getting us to 6/10 for Sound Effects. It still has a lot to do, if possible, but you can’t expect too much from an indie company, so for what it is, I still praise the use of sound creatively, even if I would like to have it improved.
There is NO voiceover; therefore, it gets 4/10 for it. You may wonder why it’s not 0 or 1. Well, no voiceover is better than a bad voiceover. Yes, you can’t relax and fall back as characters speak, but it still keeps you involved and does not ruin the experience, so no voiceover for indie games is usually 5/10, but for story-based games, we knock one more point.

Game Music: 7/10
Sound Effects: 6/10
Voiceover: 4/10
!!!Overall Score for Sound and Music: 5.6/10

Gameplay

This game is based on a story and does not add much gameplay, but we don’t knock games for making these choices, so 5/10 is a baseline for these kinds of games. Some quality-of-life improvements were missing, so the final score was 4/10.
Replayability Score: 5/10. The default score for games that explicitly build for a single playthrough.
Secondary content is 5/10. The game is focused only on the main story, which is not bad, but it also misses an opportunity to build a more engaging and exciting world. The addition of puzzles keeps it at 5 points; otherwise, it would drop even lower.

Main gameplay mechanics: 4/10
Replayability: 5/10
Secondary content: 5/10
Overall Score for Gameplay: 4.7/10

Story and Characters

Currently, I would give the story 8/10. It is good, but there is still room for improvement as it’s simple and lacks uniqueness. The story is unfinished, so I will revisit the rating when I see how it ends.
Overall, almost all characters are memorable and exciting, but there is often not much interaction or dialog, I would appreciate much more inside in many characters. The result is 7/10.

Main Story: 8/10
Characters: 7/10
!!!Overall Score for Story and Characters: 7.5/10
