EDIT: OK the game has been released and I was excited to test it out. Yes!! Things look a bit better, new levels are super cool, flow is sliiiiiightly improved, but still not at all as fast paced as it used to be. This version was a lot of fun to play! However, menus are still terrible. Plugged in xbox controller, got playstation icons where X is a different button for instance. Crown of the winner is hardly visible, all controllers have control over menus, main menu supports a mouse but not the confirm and cancel buttons, etc etc. The old menu was also not great in flow but worked better, also the VHS effect with those characters fighting in the background was epic. How is my native resolution (QHD) not supported? Did you guys playtest with new players before release? Lots of things still feel unpolished, bad flow, silly bugs. Anyway, I am assuming things will still get better from here. I will change my recommendation when polished state has become better. I believe this game can seriously be INSANELY great. It's just not there yet. Almost.

I LOVE THIS GAME. It is absolutely hilarious. I've played this so much with friends and its bringing tears to the eyes of laughter. omg

HOWEVER, this game is in early access. Almost every update me and friends enjoy the game less and less. At this point we have downloaded the game version 0.3.0 from "Arrr arrr matey"-bay as this was to our knowledge the most fun version. Sure the old version is imbalanced, but the flow is much better (seriously, who though of the new score screen?? it's so slow and completely breaks the fast flow of the game) and the imbalance and ridiculous unfair situations that arrise from it make it for perfect fun.

When the flow gets fixed for better fast paced play, ridiculously unfair situations and weird glitches get back in the game, I'd recommend it big time. For now just buy the game, and download 0.3.0 :)
