One of the first CS players!

Acutally started in 1997 before it was even CS. My foosball and computer gaming buddies in Louisville were friends with PGooseman" and "Cliffe who originated the game.
At that time, it wasn't even called CS. At that time, we only played on Lan. Later when it was called CS but was not available to buy, I set up servers so we could play on the Internet. Soon after, we created "redcsclan@yahoo.com" which is still my cs login. After about a year, we created the yahoo group "RedCSClan" and quickly had over 100 members around the world. I was Red_Aln (my name is Allen). By this time we had red group 1, 2, 3 etc. around the world so we could scrim as teams. This is when I created the redcsclan yahoo group. You will see my name then was Red1_Aln. There was no valve, no steam. No ids other then your choice of names. By the time steam took over, we were still playing on my servers. Then we got steam Ids, I don't remember my number but it was super low. I moved from Louisville and stopped playing for a while. When I started again, I got a new steam id.
It is 458488. At that time I changed my name to Red_Grenadier cause even back then, I was nade crazy. I got tired of ignorant players asking "what is a grin ad E er? So I changed it to OldN@der which is still is. In 2003, "ommando" created the website for clanlod.net . ClanLOD was a clan prior to that. Not sure when. I joined ClanLOD in about 2007. Due to life situations and time constraints, our fearless leader, "Commando" has retired. I, "-=[LOD]=-OlsN@der and "God of Wonder" are now the root admins. We are always looking for mature players and while we are an invite only clan, once you play on our server and find it is surely one of the most fun, hack free, family servers ever, and decide you may be interested in joining -=[LOD]=-, start by joining the forums. There you will find lots of interesting info, helpful tips and learn we are more than just a cs clan. We are a family group. We have palyers from 8 to 80 that have played on our server. You can find its ip on the site. You can read about joining our clan. It isn't a quick deal. We have time in game and forum posting requirements. This helps us to ensure all members are lthe type of player we want on -=[LOD]=- server. We have many regular players and the server is usually busiest from 6pm to 1pm est. I personally am looking to create the same atmosphere I did with RedCSClan. We had players from Europe to Japan. Therefore, you could almost always find the server going at any time of the day. Currently while we do have members and regulars from Europe to Hawaii, again you useally find the server occupied from 6 to 1.

Come, join us in the party. -=[LOD]=- provides a friendly gaming site for all who enter our door. We do have rules, and request those rules be followed when on our forums and in the server. The rules are in place to make sure everyone who accesses our group has a fun gaming experience.
