Your account has a 10th profile level;
Your account must have an open profile and inventory;
Your account has no VAC locks

*Due to certain events (personal reason, exception), some accounts may be added to the friends list without observing my rules for adding to the friends list.*

A list of the reasons for excluding your account (s) from my friends list if your account meets these parameters:
If the number of days of your absence from your account (online status) exceeds 2 weeks (336 hours);
If I receive a large number of text messages and notifications from your account (more than 3 messages) in one day: Exchange, Invitation; Spam.
You have closed your Steam profile
For insulting me or people from my list of friends (in my presence) or trying to divorce - your account is immediately added to the black list.

Some accounts from my list of friends, reaching these parameters, are selectively not removed from the list (my choice or accounts have an exclusion status)
