Once Human is basically Minecraft and The Last of Us had a weird radioactive baby… and then that baby stole my sleep schedule.

The survival mechanics? Amazing — I spent 4 hours chopping wood just to starve to death because I forgot to cook. The building? Incredible — nothing says “apocalypse” like putting a luxury 2-story base in the middle of mutant-infested wastelands. The combat? Perfect — I shot a monster 86 times, it sneezed, and I died instantly.

Oh, and the grind? Chef’s kiss. By Day 2 I wasn’t surviving the apocalypse anymore, I was the apocalypse — roaming around half-naked, carrying 500 rocks, wondering where my life went wrong.

And yet… I can’t stop playing. Because deep down, nothing feels better than turning a wasteland into IKEA with guns.

Chained Together is the perfect co-op experience if you’ve ever wanted to ruin every friendship you’ve ever had. Nothing bonds people closer than screaming at each other while dangling off a cliff, knowing one wrong jump will drag the whole squad into the abyss.

The controls? Smooth — in the same way buttered soap is smooth. The teamwork? Flawless — if by flawless you mean your friend sabotages you on purpose and laughs while you fall 200 meters.

It’s basically marriage counseling disguised as a video game. You don’t play this for fun — you play it to test who you can trust when gravity hates you.

10/10 — lost 3 friends, gained anger issues, would chain myself again.
