Just play TF2.

The best American AAA RPG release since Mass Effect. To skip on this would do yourself a disservice.

Currently the best fighting game in the market. Nothing else comes close. Online is smooth. Roster is decent for day 1. Healthy online community that doesn't require a discord to play. Other fighters might have some of the features of SF6 but SF6 has them all on launch. World tour mode is not boring to grind. Advancing your own personalized avatar is really fun.

the physics are broken. one time for no reason at all my engines went full speed reverse with engines that cant even do that. majority of features that helped you in flight is missing like transferring fuel to different tanks mid flight. UI in flight is not as good as the first game. currently no heat management. saving the game is broken. performance is garbage with a 4090. sprinting animation is bugged. engine fire animation is better but the smoke from them comes out in a straight line. music is not bad at least but everything else about the game sucks to play at the moment. just go back to KSP1 until this dumpster fire is put out. sometimes hard crashes when trying to launch a ship.

For now stay far away from this mess. Littered with game breaking bugs. I have to restart the whole game sometimes because the AI brain just shuts down because it can't decide to use shadow step or pro reroll or not. Microtransaction prices are at extremely unreasonable prices for a game that you have to pay for when you used to unlock everything for free or have unique characters through mutations in BB2. So its 75 cents for a common left shoulder pad. To field a team you need 11 characters so if you want to get the same pad for everyone then its $8.25 and thats only commons. If you want 1 legendary piece its $7.50 each. so $82.50 just for a legendary shoulder pad for all of your players. to kit out one player in legendary's to fill out every slot is 6 so $45 per character so $495 to legendary out your team not including anyone you might have on the bench. You can have 16 characters on your team so $720 per team. I think the max limit of what you can have is 9 teams (if there is a limit) so you can dump $6,480 into the game to max legendary everyone. The menu is super slow because you have to wait for every menu screen to load from the servers. No Lizardmen even though they are in the game files. If someone could just mod BB2 for BB3 rules it would be great.

Update #1: The developers put out a statement on a list of peoples concerns with the game and its as bad as state the game is in itself. The first half doubles down and defends the aggressive monetization while also hyping up the more ways they can monetize you with battlepasses. They talk about how if you can stomach playing the game until "completing the battlepass YOU CAN EARN A NEW RACE FOR FREE!!!" Remember unlocking stuff for free in a game that you paid for? Let's not talk about what happens if you don't play or finish during that battlepass though. Let's also not talk about how Lizardmen are already in the game files and already mostly working while intentionally held back to be kept as future DLC. If the excuse is that the race is not released because it's not fully complete then I would argue that the game is barely functioning in the first place. They then end it off with an excuse that another team that they had working on a totally different game got the team that was working on BB3 confused because of release dates? What an absolute joke. If they had just shut up and sat down to make the game better/functioning I wouldn't of cared but now I'm malding into the void. I wish I could refund the game but I got it on discount from another website and it wasn't even worth the money.

Update #2: They finally patched the game after being mostly unplayable for a week and it's still just as bad. Before the game would break sometimes from just using a basic skill like "Pro" so they at least they fixed that. Now first game in though and it hard crashes from using the tentacle skill. This devs are clowns and this game is the joke. I can't see a possible way this game will keep it's servers up past the first battlepass. A battlepass to unlock a race that is fully playable and functional that's locked in the game files.

Update #3: I tried to come back to the game again and now I can't even log into the servers to play as of 7/16/2023.

Update #4: They added a button that you can click once a week to earn an equivalent of 10 cents of real life currency in the game. Once again they try to sucker people in with garbage real life currency rather than making the game good. Did two games and the AI froze taking turns on the second game. Maybe the game will be fixed in 10 more seasons.

Not worth playing right now. It takes 20 levels or real life money to just play ranked. Just attempting to play rank might usually disconnect you or someone else on your team or the enemy team removing any concept of fairness or competitiveness. If you get the short end of the D/C stick then you get banned for 5 mins and loss of MMR just due to bad net code. The real life money shop is awful making you take forever to unlock one unit for free or or pay at least $10 per mech. Currently there are 5 mobile suits are availible for purchase so be ready to fork over $50 for a competitive advantage to have a mobile suit pre-paired for each situation. Not saying the $ mobile suites are OP but just like Overwatch 1 you'd want to be able to switch to something that can adapt per map/scenario of what you are going against on the enemy team. I put $10 into the game and even that feels way too much for how underdeveloped this game is.

Update: Finished the battlepass and the netcode is better but the game is still very barebones. Almost half the roster is behind a paywall. Graphics are from the PS2 era. Community is decent. Getting duplicates from loot boxes is the worst thing ever since it gives you a currency that cant afford anything until you open a ton of boxes with duplicates. Monetized worse than Overwatch 2 since it still has lootboxes with far less characters and content in general. Not enough game modes. Better avoid for a few years until its worth playing or just shuts down.
