They fixed the crashes right before the choosing language screen.

But still downvote for 30 FPS lock.

If you can't find an option to configure it lower than 7.1, then what people have had to do is uninstall the control panel software they're using. It's often unnecessary anyway.

It is impossible for me because I cant make it lower then 7.1.
