Isaac Guru I did add a comment to your utilities mod already about an idea for a new command that you could maybe add it functions like giveitem but instead you add random to the end of it and well I think you can see where this is going it just gives you a random item pool item wanted to have some fun on isaac and just wanted to have 3 random items at the start of my run many thanks for reading this and creating your mod.

Unfortunately that is not something that can be done with the Modding API. Why would you want to do that anyways, it's just ruining the fun.
